Our founder, Gary Kalaci, got his start as a translator and interpreter during the Kosovo War, where he was able to leverage his trilingual skills to help those fleeing the crisis. This was where his passion for helping people communicate took root.
After moving to Canada, Gary continued to gravitate toward translation. Leveraging his legal background and strong communication skills, he became a court interpreter. This led to the realization that there was a need for amazing translation services.
It was here that Alexa Translations was born.
