COVID-19 forced law firms to implement interim steps for business continuity and introduce new frameworks to ensure operations continued, including client management. As a core function within firms, business development teams had to quickly assess the effect of the pandemic on the business, cement existing client relationships, and develop new ones in a complex operating environment. This required adapting to new ways of doing business, meeting client expectations, and leveraging technology to gain an edge.

During this 60 minute session, we'll hear from legal department leaders on how they see their relationships with law firms evolving and their expectations from them as we enter a new era. And, how business development leaders at law firms are defining, developing, and executing their business development and relationship strategies accordingly.
